I know it for quite some time :3....90% is chance that 2nd season starts in Autumn....because Index 1st season and Railgun started in Autumn...I am reading light novels and let me say that 2nd season will be one of the best anime this year. New lolis, girls, enemies and interesting story (which made me read light novels)...for those impatient like me you can read Baka Tsuki Index light novels translations, 2nd season begins at 7th volume...btw I am currently at 10th volume end...waiting to be translated :3

EDIT: here is something to burst your imagination (I have colored image)....it's from volume 9 of light novels and it will be in 2nd season around 10-11 episode :3
