Looking for anime that made you so afraid / paranoid / scared that u hid under your covers sweating....

For me I guess it'd be

1.Higurashi no naku koro ni (I watched this when it first came out, at the time I was really young)

2. Pet shop of horrors (The... rabbits... oh gawd the rabbits *shudders*

3. blood+ (?? I cant think of anything else... the mutant children were prty creepy... )

one like that i can think of right now, probably the only one as well, is in the opening of thundercats when they show the evil boss in a dark backroung. when i first watched it when i was 5 it used to scare me

Well, anime was never enough to scare me off. After I watched the Japanese Ring at the much tender age of 12, nothing could ever reach that height.

But... Some anime that did manage me to give me a jump... Ghost Hound and Ghost Hunt are two names that come up.

"Ringu", or in other words, the movie Ring. It's where you watch a tape, after it finishes you receive a call saying "7 Days..." and then, seven days later... You die! I am sure all of you have realized by now which movie I am reffering to. If you didn't... Just google it!

ghost hound. there was one scene where the psychologist followed a little girl (ghost) into a classroom and her face popped out on the screen all of a sudden.
