I normally don't start threads and I tried searching to see if a topic like this was already existed but no dice. So...

On a scale from 1 to 10 rate the last anime you finished and a lil reason why (or not, your choice) you gave it that rating. So, I'll start:

Ladies vs. Butlers: 7.5 out of 10.

I probably liked this more than I should but every episode never failed to make me laugh. I liked all the characters and even Selnia's big-ass hairstyle showed it's own sign of originality. It's the type of show that didn't appeal to me upon reading about the plot but once I started watching it... I couldn't stop.

Hanamaru Youchien: 7 out of 10.

What can I say, it was f'ing adorable. It'll make you laugh while retaining a certain level of cuteness throughout each episode.

If there is a thread out there already like this then the mods can merge this or kill it as they see fit. Well, anyone else finish a series recently?

Baka to Test to Shokanju 8.7/10

Classic stereo types + humor + summon beings. A very good all around Anime.

Kimi ni Todoke 8/10

Really enjoyed this anime, though it got kind of redundant at the end. Still worth watching if you like slice of life, or just a feel good anime.

Ookami kakushi 6.5/10

EXTREAMLY slow start. It takes 6 episodes for anything to be explained. After that the story picks up and takes off.

Sora no Woto 6/10

Again it had a slow start... girl learning how to play the trumpet. Its not until 4 or 5 episodes in that it gets interesting, when you start learning about the other characters past.

Tatakau Shisho - The Book of Bantorra 8.5/10

I loved the beginning of this anime, and I loved the short story segments for all the different characters. The ending on the other hand was sub-par.

To Aru Kagaku no Railgun 8/10

Different view of Academy City. Focusing on 2 side characters. The storyline picked up and feel off twice in this anime. It could have been made into a half series and had the same effect. But they made this anime so that people who had not seen Index could jump in and find out about the characters.

Eden of the East 9.5/10

One of my all time favorite animes. It lost .5 points because of the movie that came out. I was expecting a little bit more... but definitely recommend to anyone who likes anime, or to someone trying to get into anime.

One Piece 9/10

Great character development, fantastic abilities, pirates, treasure, and when there is filler its hard to tell, because they move from island to island on their journey. The only times they break this is the Edo era episodes I think there are 3. And a couple episodes of lead-in to the One Piece movie Strong World.

Hellsing (TV version) 7.7/10

Loved this anime up until "Incognito" Which is when they broke from the manga.

Hellsing OVA : Ultimate 9/10

A treat for anyone who loves blood, guts, vampires, and action. Amazing animation, coupled with a great story, plenty of guns and visual effects makes for a great anime.

Samurai Champloo 8.5/10

Really fun time piece with modern twist, and very strange sword play. There is not much character development in this anime, because there doesn't need to be.

Baka to Test to Shokanju - 8/10

Probably one of the very few shows to ever truly make me laugh; a highlight of the season. There were a few episodes however that didn't have the "oomph" that a majority did... to me at least.

Freedom (OVA) - 9/10

Who would of thought a collection of OVAs used to promote a specific brand of cup noodle could be such a great ride. I loved the art and animation, and the story gave me a feel-good feeling that I get from watching Miyazaki films.

Ookami Kakushi - 6/10

Slow start combined with a male lead that really didn't appeal to me puts this as one of the average series of last season. I did enjoy the latter episodes and the finale really made me smile (the goofiness overwhelming!).

Kemonozune - 7/10

The art style and animation will kill the series for quite a bit of people, but I actually enjoyed it. The series seemed a tad inconsistent at times but the story and the characters along with a realistic notion of love bumped it up a few pegs for me.

Armed Librarians: The Book of Bantorra 8/10

I really enjoyed this series, the self contained stories were a nice touch, the action is satisfying with an all around good cast. The ending, however, leaves something to be desired, it should have been a bit longer, maybe 2 or 3 episode longer.

Mushishi 9/10

This is by far the best anime series i have seen this year, Ginkko, a traveling Mushishi, (an exorcist of sorts), travel the feudalistic Japanese country side aiding people and villages alike.

all the stories are self contained, the only reoccurring thing is main character.There is hardly any humor and little to no action, the series succeeds because of it's masterful writhing and captivating stories.

Black Lagoon: 9/10: Guns? Check. Chicks? Check. Violence for the sake of violence? Double Check. Existential philosophy ala Tarantino films? Check. Slightly lackluster cliffhanger ending making you wish for more season or just go out and read the manga? Sadly, check.

Why:
because of the Action every one fight for there Goal.
Big Robots destroying all sorts of things, Character development.
great voice actors in English and Japanes.
Story is great, with a amazing Plot.
Nice Details on the Gundams.

Baka to test to Shoukanjuu: 9/10
Because it's epic funny.

Ladies vs Butlers 6/10
Because it didn't have much story.

Kanon 2006 9/10
Because it had a very good story and was really sad.
