Lucky Star is classic Otaku anime, although I've never seen it .. The intro is enough.

I'd say Cowboy Beebop, I can watch the whole series every few months and not be disappointed, Ballad of Fallen Angels is still one of my all time favorite eps.

I watched the first one and wasen't impressed, I had to actually make an effort to watch it.. Besides I think this is sort of about classics, the kinds you wish you could unwatch now that you're older :\
