It is retarted because how can they say that it is inappropriate when anyone can have easy access to explicit images and concepts like porn websites. I think that the artist who created the manga should be able to express their artwork freely and without censorship.

In any case just read the manga, 100% not censored or edited. At first i was reluctant to read manga because why read when u can watch, but i find it actually better.
