I'm a DVD addict, and usually buy between 5-10 of their box sets a year. Their pricing beats the hell out of the old $30 for 4 ep singles, and by far beats Japan's $50 per 2 ep prices.

I don't like censoring, but in this case I understand the reasoning behind it, and if it were my decision, and my company was at risk I'd make the same choice they did.

What happend to the vampire bund series?

Since it got licenced by who other than FuckingYourNation no subbed versions of the series were realeased!


Are sub-groups going to take on the part of what fan subbing is all about or are they going to sit down and cry in a corner, like they do with most series?

lawls. I don't see the trouble with such a franchise getting pruned. I mean, loli is a much-loved thing (to some people) but there are much better animes/manga out there that depict ADULTS topless/naked rather than CHILDREN. Just some food for thought... =/

I understand that they can do what they want with it, and I know its there choice. But I and other fans can still have a right to be pissed about

Besides, Shun me if you must, But I watch dubs as long as I consider them well done, and Funimation does well on there dubs.

Anyways this dicussing is over, For now, They plan to release the DVD's uncut unless the newer episodes depict much more graphic scenes than the earlier episodes.
