It would be nice if there is some anime that teaches simple japanese grammar, or kanji with it.

Is there any?

I don't think there's an anime like that, or at least I haven't seen any. If you want to learn kanji try out Rocket Japanese or Rosetta Stone

There are some you can use as "aids" in learning Japanese like Hidamari Sketch or even Luck Star, but to really learn the Japanese language you need a system that fits you like the afore mentioned Rocket Japanese or Japanesepod101.com or better yet an actual class where you can interact with other students and teachers. Some find that learning to read and write is better for them while others are the opposite. Good luck on your efforts to learn Japanese. Ganbatte ne!

Rosetta Stone, like what evereternal7 said, is the way to go. Seriously, I gave it a try and I was like WHOA! Feels like I'm a grade-schooler learning how to talk allover again lol
So yeah, Rosetta stone is your best bet
