Bible Black:Too much $ex and not enough horror and the dub was bad.
Urotsukidoji New Saga:Hate the way that vinalla was the company who remade it and its not even like the old saga but the dub was good.
Elfen Lied:I hate cliff hangers ............
Digimon seasons 3,4,5: Should have shown the DD when they were grown up like they did in season 2.
Gakuen Heaven:Should have had a dub.
Kare Kano: Should have continued the anime and shown the characters as grown ups like in the manga.

Great Teacher Onizuka - The ending was so sudden and stupid, honestly I didn't like the dub either.
Fruits Basket - I love it and all but it ended too hastily.
I have an urge to say Death Note but I heard the new DVD was out reconstructing the ending.

Death Note or School Days both have "great" endings,i mean sad and thats rare in the anime world,thats why i would choose these two.
