Animes (if they followed the manga): Claymore, Mahou Sensei, Berserk, Blue Drop (we only got the prequel I believe), D.Gray (needs to come back? Even the fillers weren't too bad),... I think there are a few others but can't think remember them right now.

rozen maiden the manga was recently picked up again so there is an off chance that the anime will pick it up.

Kaze no Stigma, don't bet on it. the author for the original series died after vol 6, and the only real thing that happened between vol6 and now is that Ayano is a bit more honest with her feelings and that kazuma gets another power up b.c he gets his hands on a legendary weapon of the wind (like Ayano's enraiha)
