So did Nodame and Chiaki end up staying together, or did they break up? Or was it supposed to be intentionally confusing and noncommittal?

i loled really hard at the beginning of this special. because i was just 2 days ago in Vienna visiting the Castles "Schöhnbrunn" and "belvedere". like they did XD
overall it was a funny extra episode
