as for MOHS i like it cause kyon reminds me of myself and like his narration and his 'walk beside someone even though you know theres a cliff ahead' attitude, Haruhi and yuki are hot and there a lot of j popculture conventions in it, i've watched and read the anime, manga and the first light novel and i love it.

also just a side note if people don't really have a lot of background knowledge of anime and j culuture or have'nt watched so much anime prior then there will be some series that you wont get or understand therefore you won't probably like it, my best friend for example doesn't like the MOHS cause he doesn't really get the point of it and isn't otakuish the only anime he had ever watched was dbz, only recently i persuaded him to watch bleach but there both shonen not much variation of genre there.

Oh no on the contrary i like slice of life,romance and such anime. i hated clannad cause it was too cheesy , i mean when have we seen in real life people ready to sacrifice their precious time for a un confident girl who isn't even sure what she wants to do and a major reason i hated clannad was that stupid song dango dango or whatever it was. As for MOHS i already told you i haven't watched it but all the hype has had a negative effect on me which simply tells me to stay away from it. i also hated kannagi cause of its twisted ideas. but i liked aishiteruze baby and itsa school ,romance anime.

i think you should give MOHS a go season 1 is good, but as probably know s2 is a fail, all the hype is annoying but there are always retards hyping up stuff and ruining the image of a whole franchise, i too stay away from things that are overhyped but not went it comes to anime though, for example i stayed away from prison break years back and twilight cause of the hype

I actually happen to like DBZ too, but that may be just nostalgia.

Well, I have mixed feelings about Bleach. The Soul Society arc was really good and had a real story. And there are some interesting characters like Byakuya or Aizen, who may prove to be quite the interesting antagonist.
Sadly, the fillers tend to be veeery bad, especially the Bounto arc. And I don't really like most of the main characters that were introduced at the very beginning, like Ichigo, Chad and Ishida. Especially the fact that Ichigo is just another generic figthing shounen protagonist is one of the weakest points of Bleach. They should just kill him off imo and focus solely on the captains (meaning all of them, including Aizen and co).
Apart from that, I really liked the grown-up Neliel.

Why did it have to be a ghost, seriously. Can't they think of tear-jerking stories that aren't so very unrealistic and implausible? No sane person would react like they did when finding out that he's seeing and talking to a ghost.
And that teddybear thing was even worse.

And yeah the teddy bear thing in clannad made me wanna rip some stuffing out of that bear! imagine documents holding answers to many questions about humanity and the stupid parents replace it with a teddy bear and moreover the teddy bear travels around the world and finally reaches the loser girls in mint condition? fail fail fail.

I think the filler in Bleach really gives it a bad name with a lot of people... especially if a person is checking it out and they happen to watch a couple episodes of filler.

Why watch the first Batman movie when so many of the sequels failed? In entertainment sequels are often a letdown from the original... doesn't change the fact that the first one was great.

They really are an interesting lot.
But the characters from Baccano! are even better if you ask me.

That's probably true. Well, at least for certain types of animes it's true.
It's just that I really hate this character type. So even if he was the first character of that type, I still wouldn't like him at all.
