the questions is simple, what is the saddest anime you have seen?

for me it would be clannad and kanon

clannad had some nice comedy but there were times where it was too sad, i can remember myself crying at some episodes and especially in after story

kanon didnt have the same impact like clannad, like being too sad on some scenes but it was quite dramatic quite the whole series, so i would choose it as the most dramatic anime throughout the whole series

i have heard of it before and that it was a sad anime but i didnt have the chance to watch it yet so i cant compare it to the other i have seen

Kanon had a good impact on me, i cried when makoto died D:

Of course the obligatory Clannad but I must say that Ever 17 had me crying man tears more then once

There might be one or two other good one's I'll think of later. But those two are always the first I think of.

i've seen ga-rei zero but i didnt really find it a sad anime, the events were sad ok but it didnt make me feel sad like other anime that could make you even cry
