He's Guts From Anime Called Berserk. One of my friends favorite ones and mine's too. Much violence and blood and so on. Old and very excelence gotten into it till these days. ^^
But lets say i prefer manga than anime. Both still excelent.

Second most favorite is Uchiha Itachi the guy as my Avatar and signature!
Similar reasons as with Luffy except the funny part. In him i liked the evil side and his amazing powers.

+1 to itachi my fav tooo. another is "Thunder Emperor" frm GetBackers.

Well my favorite character, since I have to narrow it down to one...

She's got a short temper, she's bullheaded, she's deadly with a sword, but she's got that itty-bitty little soft spot that makes her adorable as anything, the epitome of tsundere... Shana!

But damn close second is Taiga:

I liked Taiga just for being Taiga.
