Emiya Shirou, in UBW and Heaven's Feel. The fights against Archer and Gilgamesh redeem him for being a retard in UBW. The fight against Saber where he's on his own in Heaven's Feel is just awesome.

You know, those aren't animes. The only anime with Emiya Shirou is Fate/Stay Night. And in that anime he's the gayest and most annoying character ever.

Most answers here are wrong. Spike, Lelouch and Kintaro are cool though.

Correction: UBW is being made into a movie, with most of the animation already done. You can complain that it isn't out yet and doesn't count or about Heaven's Feel, but then you would have to accept something I said instead of criticizing.

I really dont have an ultimate fave yet since I havent seen as many animes as most of you but the anime character that I think is unforgettable and most recognizable is Pikachu! hehehe
