My vote goes to Nono from Top wo Nerae! 2

Slicing a sun in half is just one of her strength's she can also create black hole's, throw planet's, and smash the fabric of space to warp anywhere instantly ect ect.

Can Goku breath in space??? It is never actually shown in the anime that he can blow up star's and he can only teleport a certain distance. Actually most of his battle's in the anime take place on a planet and his strongest moves do not seem to be that strong. All Nono would have to do is blow up the planet or Solar System Goku is in then he would suffocate in space.

Guh, this one is easy. It's the Anti-Spiral King. Lagann just beats him cause the King is debuffed with Deus Ex Machina and forgets to use his magical universe creation and destruction powers. He made blowing up galaxies look like child's play.
