Well, i think he's stronger than any other characters mentioned so far. Also, we won't know for sure if he can survive in space but Cell once pointed out that he could survive in space just like Frieza. If Goku could too, i doubt Cell would have bothered pointing that out.

But it doesn't matter anyway. Kid Buu blew up the planet Goku was on and all he needed to do was intsant transmission out of there.

i also believe the strongest is goku but that's when it comes to strenght, if you could talk about the strongest in a battle of ability then for example, miroku from inuyasha could suck anyone in his wind tunnel
