I burn everything to data DVDs. Even if it's something that sucks... You never know when you will get the urge to watch a particular show, and a couple dollars worth of DVD-Rs is no big deal compared to the hassle of possibly having to DL something again later. Not to mention... Files on the net are not permanent, so you may not even be able to find the show again. I know there are a few things in my collection that I've tried to find online for others to DL that just aren't there anymore, so in those instances I'm thankful for my packrat tendancies.

Even if it's a sucky show i'll just leave them in my documents incase i feel like watching again.

Though a few times someone else has deleted them.

I'd usually save it unless it's a really bad show but my 750GB and 1.5TB HDDs are getting full .__.

Very tempted to buy another 1.5TB one but I want to save some money as well so atm trying to cope up with it

Find out if it has a sequel if it's ended a while ago.

Usually stop watching anime for a few months if I find a series I like enough to watch to the end. Last series I watched was Gundam 00, so thats how long its been.

The begin looking for a new series but its hard...
