I think this has to be like the only anime I've seen released on a monthly basis. Might be wrong but that's one way to stretch out a show.

I have not seen the latest one yet *today's release but i do like this series and its entertaining to say the least. i recommend this especially if you like a different artistic approach and color scheme. Its a good change up! -over and out

Maybe, but remember the swords have been stated to poison the mind many many times.

Maybe he was planing on a knockout in the beginning, and decided on a kill once she picked up the original.

Or you know...maybe not, we'll never know unless they let us inside his head.

To be honest I'm a little dissapointed in this anime, I thought that being written by the same writter as Bakemonogatari it would be better, eh I guess It's too early to say much about it yet. We'll see.

Kinda disappointed in that, but maybe it might lead to further character development, and he might develop a conscience, and not be apathetic to the kills.

He was like "hey hows it going, I killed her and got blood on my hands, see!"

It just kind of makes me loose any connection to the character.

He doesn't know a damn thing about anything. That's why he can be so emotionally detached. The only thing he seems to have is faith in his own abilities. And they both agreed they should go all-out, which he did (though we didn't see one fucking thing). And she proved too weak to take it.

If you're going to care about every person, animal, thing, whatever you kill, then you'll never get anywhere o.O
