I enjoy a lot of OST's from a lot of anime's. I don't think I really have a all time favorite since I think I have at least 200 OST's on my ipod atm. But if I were to say something like what made me start listening to J-pop/rock it'd be :

I loved all the Shakugan no Shana OP/EDs, i just loved the music xD

and also, the Clannad dango song =3 so cute ^^
gurren Lagann's 3rd opening was pretty sweet too.
