First Impression

Well for a spin-off series, I'm fairly impressed by the first episode. We have JC staff back on it with the 2 of the more interesting characters from the To aru no Majutsu no Index universe Misaka Mikoto and Kuroko Shirai. Of course Im expecting to see Touma and Index in later episodes. This feels refreshing from how they did Season 1 if you can call it the first season (Index 1).

A difference from Index they put more emphasis on comedy and action and seems to make a good mix. The characters are likable even if you didn't see the first season er prequel? so it's easy to pick up and no Prior knowledge is needed to be known to watch this. The story is unclear as of right now due to this obligatory introductory episode where everyone meets. I Recommend if you like action/comedy and some ecchi/yuri/loli elements. I'll get my mileage out of this show yet.

Yeh,I will be watching this show as well..Liked Index in the first series and like you I am hoping to see those characters some where in this series.

To Aru Majutsu no Index is not needed to watch. Think of this as a stand alone series. Although If you want a little back story to the world they live in, you can watch Index.

I've a question was the Mazui release better than the one of Ayako? Or it was the same?

I liked Index so I figured this would be pretty good and at the very least the first ep seems to deliver. We never really got to see Misaka in action, so this should be fun. It also looks like its going to have a higher ecchi level than Index did, which is not a bad thing in my book.
