Using your special telepathic powers you transfer the data pixels from the TV while watching the program to your PC in a coded format, and thus...you have raws. This requires intense special training and shouldn't not be tried at home. You can not blink for 24 minutes. (The better your vision the better the video quality obviously).

You will then be hunted down by Funimation and other industries and put in life-or-death situations...but at the same time praised by millions of happy anime fans. It is a tough life.

they download them from TT... but if you mean how do poeple capture ts files there are several ways. either by using a card inserted into a digital receiver, using a stand alone devise that captures the signal, or a few extras on your pc will all let you capture the raw transport stream.

Then you just have to upload the file using your amazing 30Mbps upload speed and it will be all over the internet in seconds. Just have to make sure you don't get caught. Like Fatentity said Funimation might hunt you down and make you watch there releases until your mind melts from suck.
