most of my friends don;t come to my house to play but i corrupted some by making them watch death note. they been hooked since but aside from 4 friends none ever sat there and watched anime with me, i prefer it anyway. i like it with these 4 but not with rest as i am not really that close to them. i love western cartoons if you gonna say looney toons, scooby doo, tom and jerry etc, but if mean like code kids next door and stuff no way.

It's impossible! Even if we watch a movie (cca. 10 friends) there's just laughing. Comment for every moment, you can not stop laughing. We even laugh at horror films because of this. Especially if we are drunk or more. And in the end i never know what is the movie about

sometimes it's better to watch anime alone since when you are with others there is commenting all the time just as Hotel Moscow said and you wont be able to join it as much

This is a good point. Everyone would have to be on the same page.
But it can be kind of cool watching an anime with someone that's as deeply involved in it as you are... because you both stay quiet until it's over, then you talk about what you thought.

99% of the time I fly solo with my anime.

I've only once watched anime with a friend, I watched all of Devil May Cry with him as he's a DMC fan and is loosely into anime
