What series had the most disappointing ending?

By default, much like Wheel of Fortune's "R S T L N E", certain anime series will always be linked to disappointing endings such as Evangelion and Fullmetal Alchemist, but what other endings left you feeling cheated?

And it can be even more disgusting when the anime itself was great, only to let you down at the end like some self-centered, selfish friend.

Anime that left me feeling incomplete:
Mai-HiME

It was building up to be some kind of psychological masterpiece, with Mai being pushed to her breaking point... only for the sudden

I guess one could mention Berserk, because it had no ending at all,
but that's still better than what they did with Claymore, as it makes it possible to continue the series.

Definitely Gantz... one of the worst endings ever.
Unfitting and senseless. Didn't solve anything.

Why the hell did it end with Beldandy falling over everytime Keichi said he loves her!? It should have an epic ending. Like a final battle type ending.

it was a vn for ps2 and pc its way better then the anime but most source materiel are
