Synopsis - It will be a side story set in a.t.b. 2017 in the European war-front and in the same world as the original Code Geass anime, where a unit made of boys and girls from Area 11 is sent into a military operation with a 5% chance of survival to rescue an allied unit left behind. The titular character and (presumably) main protagonist is named Akito Hyuga.


A 90-second promotional video for the Code Geass: Akito the Exiled anime project was presented at Thursday's Code Geass New Project Announcement event and later streamed by Bandai Namco Live TV.

I just hope this sets the ground for a new series. I want more CG, not these god awful rip offs *cough* Guilty Crown *cough* that fail to capture the boy meets girl with powers + mechs awesomness that CG brought to the table.
