Cencoroll was one I downloaded a while back after reading about it's pedigree and noticing it's size was relatively small. The size and the fact that it was supposed to be really well made is also probably why I haven't watched it yet. One of those "Well I have it and it's not going to take up a lot of time so there's really no rush to see it" types, but I do intend to watch it.

Battle Angel is a classic I saw it years ago... on VHS even. There's no reason not to watch it.

Dead Leaves is more of a modern classic with a lot of crazy ADD art and story direction. It's kinda like if you want to see a whole 45 minute video with the intensity of some of the FLCL fight scenes or the crazy moments of the recent wild looking Cutey Honey animated movie and don't mind stories that care little for realism it's required viewing.

TO is another one I have but haven't rushed to see it because it seemed a bit mature when I skimmed it after acquiring it, so I tend to be a little cautious about watching those anime in certain types of company but what I've seen of it looks great and I look forward to watching the whole thing eventually.

There's nothing wrong with the OVA market. With the rampant censoring going on these days direct to video releases are the easiest way for directors to actually allow people to see their vision unencumbered by network regulations, but network animation simply makes for better visibility, so OVAs have kinda become the new indy films with a collection of quality gems that you sometimes have to search for rather than having them dropped in your lap.

Isekai no Seikishi Monogatari is quite satisfying.

But i guess ur just one of those "it's dead" people that go around and say it to pretty much anything they encounter and are not interested in or could not find anything.
Are you aware of how common ova's were leading up to the late 90's compared to the trickle that are released currently? Apparently not, otherwise you wouldn't have made the above comment.
