Jeez is everyone really incapable of reading between the lines? The Brother just cut his ties off with Muginami after she showed her desire for that lifestyle to last forever. He was being kind to her and abandoned her because he knew she'd be better off with the girls.

If he really didn't care for her and if he was really pissed at her, then he could've simply killed her, but he didn't. And I don't think his heart is in the war as well but he is forced to fight and so he fights.

The three will eventually get together thanks to Madoka and fight against the aggressors.

Be that as it may, the execution was poorly done. It didn't feel like that they had spent much time with each other and the show still assumes that we must assume a lot of things by ourselves.

I found Mugi's attitude a bit annoying, so I didn't feel that sorry when she got that rough treatment from her brother. But from the way Villagiulio was looking back at her as he walked away, I'm also guessing that it was just an act. After hearing how much she was enjoying her current life, he didn't want her to get involved in the war.

Agreed, I don't know how anyone can fail to see that. You could even see that in his face as he left the place. Everything was just an act, so that she could be together with the people she felt comfortable with and had such a joyful life.

Yeah, I felt that too. It was rather very rushed. They could have spent a couple of episodes to develop their friendship first. After all there going to be 24 episodes.

I also didn't feel sorry about her, as I said earlier she's annoying and I don't like her slutty attitude. She deserved it.

One more thing, Fin E Ld Si Laffinty is so adorable lol.

Think I said this before but this was one of the main reasons why I expected a lot from this series. A company that doesn't even know the outcome of their production yet already confirmed for a second season.

So far not much complaints on this series and depending how it goes could turn out really good.

Also, About the Act thing Its not like I didn't give it a thought I mean from the OP/ED it's pretty obvious them 3 are going to fight together using their Vox's. Just didn't really care since I disliked her attitude from the beginning of the episode that she showed towards Lan.

I might have questioned it if they didn't show his face after he left the place. I also think he doesn't want to do this war either but probably has to out of some obligation of being the "Lord" or perhaps to protect Mugi. The writers certainly want us to feel sympathetic for him as they made him out to be a kindly pacifist who enjoys the ocean view.

Did i miss the flash back where they educate us on KISS and the whole history on why they're fighting and why the Lord who was with La Finty in her dream as a seemingly close person is now her enemy?

So much plot development & just makes me want more of this series.
Madoka is fucking awesome.
Can't wait to find out what that blooming of flowers was, and from the preview it looks like in the next episode the 3 becomes friends again.

This is just awesome! Madoka was upset and her Vox suddenly bloomed flowers. Not sure what it supposed to mean but I guess those were the flower declaration of her heart.

lol....................... when the flowers dropout i was like eh..................? .......................lol, but it seemed to have stopped all with vox units as they fell out of the sky, so flower power has some kind of bound to it.
