Obviusly Gundam IS worth watching.

I think it's better to watch it in a chronological order :
Starting with the Universal Century.
- MS Igloo
- Mobile Suit Gundam 0079
- Mobile Suit The 08th MS Team
- Mobile Suit Gundam 0080
- Mobile Suit Gundam 0083
- Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam
- Mobile Suit Gundam Zeta Zeta
- Char's Counterattack
And then if you want you can watch also
- Mobile Suit Gundam F91
- Mobile Suit Victory Gundam
- Mobile Suit G-Saviou
but they are not related to the UC storywise

then i'll watch
- Mobile Suit Gundam Seed
- Mobile Suit Gundam Seed Destiny
- Mobile Suit Gundam Seed Destiny Final Plus
- Mobile Suit Gundam SEED C.E. 73 Stargazer

And if you have time to spare watch the other series OO wing etc. they are not linked in any way with the other series so you can watch them without worries even before watching the others.

Never heard it called zeta zeta before. What about Turn A Turn A gundam? Also SEED destiny....GROSS.

i think Gumdam 00 was incredible i think anyone that likes anime with a good background and that apreciate nice graphics would like it season 2 i havent watched it yet but i heard it was incredible.

Seed was great, i loved the mobile suit battles there, of course my fav was

rau vs kira, freedom was torn to pieces while providence only had 1 hit.

Seed destiny for me was ok, i mean i love sequels so i've no problem watchin it, the characters from seed also grows a year older, so that's a plus, though yes, the story line hasn't evolved much from seed, but the animation, music and char design was great. the battles like what others said, some repeated scenes, but there are also new awesome fights there, in terms of mobile suits, kira and freedom immediately pawns picking up where he left of and is completely a master pilot in this series, here lies one of the flaws, he is pretty much a 1 man army, which is nice to know, but he should atleast have someone to match him, another flaw to this series is that the BAD GUYS ARE STUPID! and weak, not much of a epic final battle in the last ep really, the 3 drugged pilots are a rip off from seed, x666s was a providence rip off, well, pretty much lots off rip offs, imba final battle! well, i still did enjoy it^^

Wing was the first gundam i've watched and it was 1 of the greatest mech gerne of it's time, its a must watch!

Gundam x, gundam wing was better!

G Gundam sure, it was enjoyable, basically, gundams with dragon ball elements.

V Gundam, watched the op and immediately dropped it.

Gundam 00(S1/S2) this gundam series is good, though not perfect but still good, a must watch. romance though, lets just say that heero x releena were a more romantic couple than setsuna x princess that girl.(can't believe it was possible!)
*at first, they were saying that the MS in this series was more balanced than in seed, well, after season 2, i wonder...........

my adice, if you plan on watching the old series, watch those first, if yo immedietly watch the latest, you'll have a hard time swallowing the older series^^

oh yeah, can somebody talk about turn A gundam? is it even counted as a gundam?^^
