You do have a point though and it depends how you want to define split personality. Technically, most of these are considered alter-egos. Which is different as the person changes form into their other self. While a split personality is the same person, just different attitudes.

Going by that, the only characters mentioned so far that are technically split personality are:
Lucy - Elfen Lied
Shiki - Kara No Kyoukai

All the stupid tsundere characters.
