Aizen's a saint compared to Orochimaru. Aizen created the Vizard and helped them power up. And how many guys did he kill anyway? He was the reason why Ichigo got his powers in the first place.

Kira is the character that immediatley springs to mind, but also after watching Shakugan no Shana i like Sabrac and Dantalion, they were both cool and funny xD
Oh yea, and Gin from Bleach....if he can be considered a villain...
