I hope Deadman Wonderland doesn't get a 2nd season. It had plenty of material for a 24 episode run but they didn't get it. So they cut corners with everything and jam packed a crapload of information into a 12 episode season. Which killed character development.

They went as far as to cut out a character from the series poor Azami and she was important to the cast. The manga is good I was just not impressed with the anime it fell flat for me just too much going on for a 12 episode run.

I didn't like it that much either. Compared to the manga I thought it would be more Hellsing OVA style. More carnage and stuff. It was too soft. Despite all this I still hope they make a second season.

The anime was disgusting. And no I'm talking about the violence and stuff. DMW was a mess, a complete mess. Ive yet to read the manga, but I hear its not as shit as the anime. Id hope some studio out there animates the manga properly.

The anime was quite average imo. I ended up watching it mainly for Shiro :3 But, there could be potential since it was left wide open at the end of S1...

What are you taking about? Im about to watch Deadman Wonderland because a buddy recommended it to me. So the BD/DVD versions are still censored? So im guessing the Broadcast versions are also censored? So is their any point in grabbing the BD/DVD versions for the content when its the same as the TV versions?
