Yes, Emiya Shirou must die; even though Tohno Shiki has a much larger Harem.

Finally Tsukihime characters got animated, I waited for it ever since *cough*2003*cough*.
Unfortunately Arcueid's voice is not as I expected.

Apparently there is an online voting for the choice that will influence whether Shirou and Shiki dates ALL heroines(possibly get killed, or worse) or just #1:

Anyone knows how to vote?
