The Schi-fi channel. Its an American thing if your not from America.. and sorry thats the only things I remember from the movie.. it was soo long ago..

On a side note, 96-98 was not a year when anime is new. Animes date back to the 50's.

The main character dosen't fly a mecha, and I think I figured out the name of the anime.. E.Y.E.S of Mars.. now i'm just trying to find where to download it..

And I didn't mean new to the world.. New to American televsion, 96-98 is when it really hit off in America

The second one is Ushiromiya Rosa from Umineko no naku koro ni. That specific pic seems to be from the 4th Motion Graphic though.
