That's not fan art. That's one of the CG picture from the game made by Lump of Sugar (the same company that made Tayutama anime/game).

I believe the game which that pic comes from is called eh...[ Nursery Rhyme ]. That's the main protagonist (aka the player, you) and the high-class tsundere foreigner walking home together...I think? o_0

Hi all, see if you can help me find this anime title: here is what I remember of the anime:

She travels to the big city to study (magic? psychic powers?) and here she meets a teenage boy who is always part of some disaster that is happening. He seems to have the ability to predict the future to some extent and as such goes out of his way to save those that will come to harm. She at first assumes he is the cause of the accidents and then eventually begins to help him to some degree (or at least observes him). Not a lot of information but that is all I can recall. Thanks for the help.

OKay, i don't know if anyone can help me, i don't remember much about this anime.. but..

I remember it being on the Sci-Fi channel when anime was pretty much new (96-98) All I remember about it was that it was a movie about Mars. It was something like people use to live there, but a war happened or something and humans had to move to earth (well that was all that i could remember... sorry)
