I'll start with two of my favorites:

1. Youichi Hiruma (even the name sound so devilish~) from Eyeshield 21: Just gotta <3 his smile/laugh/overall appearance/cool-headedness

2. Oga Tatsumi (Beelzebub): his face. HIS FACE! SO DEVILLLLLLISH!

Stella and Maria, from 'Arawakawa Under the Bridge', are both demons from hell, as far as I'm concerned. That might stretch the definition of the type of character you are going for.

@ZEE: I don't get what you are saying. Are you saying that eT@ku_ is fujoshi? Or that Youichi Hiruma and Oga Tatsumi are fujoshi? Or that fujoshi characters are demonic? Or?

-edit- added a comma for clarity
