Default Where do you buy your Anime / Manga merchandise? - 06-11-2009, 12:08 AM

Hey hey,

We (AT) are curious as to how many of you buy Anime / Manga merchandise online, and if so, which website(s) do you use to buy your stuff?

Thanks for any input!

For online stuff, I've used a few sites before.

[Only registered and activated users can see links. ] is good for magazines especially, but things like figures/pens/caleders etc. Usually they're quick, but lately I've found them slow when I used paypal (instead of debit card).

[Only registered and activated users can see links. ] is good for things like games, figurines, CD's, DVD's etc. The magazines are kind of limited though.

[Only registered and activated users can see links. ] is where I bought quite a few of my english mangas from. They also have quite a good DVD selection, though I generally don't buy DVD's often. Good prices and shipping rates, and very large selection.

[Only registered and activated users can see links. ] I've used for a couple of magazines I couldn't find on Jlist. They have some more obscure items there, and general goods. I believe their shipping was less competitive than others though. Still, not a bad option if you can't find it elsewhere easily.

[Only registered and activated users can see links. ] I used for a game or 2 (they have a good selection of normal and doujin games). They also sell a fair few magazines there. Shipping the first item costed a little, but extra items were cheap, so it's not too bad.

Can't remember if I've used others, but yeah. Also, ebay appears to be a good option for alot of things, but I haven't really used it. ^^

Also, beware of sites that sell Chinese Counterfiet copies of products, cause they're usually pretty inferior. XD
