Most disturbing anime

I don't care if you list an entire anime series, your favorite sadistic character, or even just one scene/arc in particular from an otherwise normal anime.

Jigoku Shoujo : This entire anime is pretty twisted. With three entire seasons to choose from it covers just about every sin, depredation, or evil that ever plagued humanity or society in one episode or another. Despite it's subject content it remains tastefully done - no sexual or mutilation themes need apply - but it still contains plenty of greed, lust, rage, apathy, and other human frailties of less graphic nature.

The Black Lagoon Second Barrage : The Hansel and Gretel arc. Basically everything that was missing out of Jigoku Shoujo can be found in this anime and this arc in particular.

Higurashi : You can't get much more disturbing really. Cute anime girls with psychotic tendencies and a predilection for knives and various blunt objects.

Kaede from Shuffle : The quintessential yandere and every guys worst nightmare.

For now, Yosuga no Sora: the artwork drew me into watching it but turned a big letdown. And the fact those two look like Hansel and Greta from Black Lagoon is another killjoy.

I don't mind boobs, harem, lolicon or such but Yosuga no Sora was pretty dumb in general.

1:40 to 3:00 horrified me when I first saw it years ago... and still horrifies me today... even in eng dub.
