Is Rave Master anime ever coming back or will it will be Manga only?

I highly doubt it, Hiro mashima doesn't finish the Anime so people can then buy the mangas instead, I'm sure Fairy Tail will follow the same path.

It's not up to the mangakas to decide what becomes an anime or how long it stays on air.

At the moment probably not. but who knows? maybe they'll remake it a couple of years from now. one example of this is the new rurouni kenshin show currently in the works after so many years. but still, dont get your hopes up.

If they made the final arcs for, Inuyasha, and it was said they won't make the anime again, then they should make one for Rave Master, since it's way better.

I guess it depends on the sales. It's all about money. If a series is popular and lots of people buy it then I'm sure it will continue.

If you really want to know the ending then read the manga ^^.
His drawing is good and he always write a personal thought at the end of each volume. OH and frequent Q&As too.
