As far as I remember it was close to 16k by the end. And pretty much perfect assessment of Endless 8. Mmm, I think we had the same discussion about it somewhere in this thread already.

To be honest even without Endless 8 season 2 was well worth watching.

Season 2 isn't complete without Endless 8. Everyone needs to know Nagato's pain. If they didn't finish all of Endless 8, they wouldn't understand why Nagato did what she did in Disappearance.

I watched all the endless 8 eps! I did it only for Yuki though.

LOL. If they made all 15,513 cycles into episodes... I would have watched all 15,513 episodes... just for Yuki... okay maybe not all of them. LOL.

I just hate how the 'world' (or maybe just 'crowd') whined (sooo exaggerating) about how bad endless 8. They could just stop being a Haruhi-ism already and case closed. Nothing really wrong.

And I agree. Those 8 episodes were absolutely DIFFERENT episodes with same story. And it's definitely DIFFERENT with re-watching seven times an episode you've watched before.

Duh, I hope we won't need to wait another 3 years for season 3. But more importantly, has the long-long-awaited novel volume 10 published yet?
