So, the first half of the series was simple enough, but then the rest just started throwing things at you. In the end, I have no idea what the show was about =/

I do hope there's a season 2, or at least an OVA, cause many things need to be explained in detail.

A very satisfying ending imo.
I like the fact that
1. it didn't end with a sacrifice ending
2. it wasn't a reset but more of NewGame+ ending
3. Financial District still standing and Masakaki is still doing his trolling business

i agree with you , ImBored , its not the cliche type happy ending where everyone lives happily ever after , the reality is i guess the district will always exist as long as money is used .

and also its like there can be a continuation or there can be not .

if he chooses to go back to limit the effect on reality from another Mikuni

or just get along with his girl and make his future come true ^^
