So now we have two threads?

The show looks interesting. I like how they are trying to show the darker side of life, where money meaning everything. But, I still can't get behind the execution on the use of business terms so far.

Any clue as to what this is? I saw it in the closing credits.

although sometimes the artwork looks a bit weird, it's promising, i'ma watch.

I like this! the artwork is fine with me, the idea too, even though i think i heard of something similar somewhere but i can't remember!! xD

That being said, anyone on the fringe wondering if this show is good or not, GO WATCH IT.

and No fishgirl on episode 1 T_T but on overall Im going to like this anime

I don't like it.

The story is about the male protagonist, Kimimaro. The settings is the hash reality of life, a realistic world where money is everything, money for the basic necessities, money to pay for education, money to socialize with people (make friends), and money to sustain a relationship.

Then out of nowhere, we have some supernatural entities who would give you easy money if you'd "work" for them. The so called "work" is to fight fellow "card holder" in a virtual world. This didn't jell with the backdrop at all.

My rating for the 1st episode: 6/10. 10 for the animation, 8 for voice, 0 for everything else.

The story seems interesting, but the cardfight diminuished the show appealing IMO.
Anyway I'll watch this one.

I don't think people can fully judge what goes on by just one episode. For a pilot episode, I feel it had everything a show would need to hook a younger and older audience at the same time. Time will tell if the show degenerates into "Cardfights for Money" but I doubt that's really all there is to it.
