Synopsis
The story revolves around a highschool boy named Niwa Makoto. He lives with his aunt’s family since his parents are away on business. It is there where he meets his mysterious cousin of the same age Touwa Erio — who happens to tie a futon mattress around her upper body and is a self-proclaimed alien. Her staple food is pizza. Erio had been missing for half a year and was found floating in the sea. She doesn't remember anything about what happened during that period of time, but she began to think that it was the act of an alien and wanders the neighbourhood wrapped in the futon.

Futon girl is truly an oddball, but I expect characters like that from Shaft. First episode was rather interesting, I think I might give this one a try.

yes thats right folks - a brand new way of directing... angled shots from inside a telephone receiver.

anyways, the characters are interesting so im gonna watch at least 1 more episode i guess... really feels like this is just gonna be character interactions for the sake of wasting time and more fantastic new ways to direct shots (see above). the plot is really a big mixup at this point - quite literally it could go anywhere.................

I was waiting for this because it sounded curious, now I think it is just ridiculous. but in the first place the main reason was the girl, so as long as they will stop with the futon thing, I still may like it.

I'm confused and the amount of moe blobness started to freak me out as the show progressed. I'm hoping the second episode will bring some clarity.
