For me, my favourite scene is at the beginning of Air, when the two protagonists first meet; especially the Piano solo playing in the background. I just cant seem to find that piece of music anywhere for download.

The one I found most amusing would be the ED for Kamen No Maid Guy. I laughed my arse off.
