Fist of the North Star

I've been meaning to check out Fist of the North Star, but I'm not sure whether to go with the anime or the manga. Can anyone give me a suggestion?

I never read the manga, but I consider the anime to be one of the classics.

Their both great imo, the manga is naturally the original, has, for me, great artwork(I like the classic styles) and the story is really entertaining. The Anime is great too, contains the full story of the manga in two seasons as Fist of the North Star and Fist of the North Star II, is a bit cheesy at times though.

The Manga is Pretty awesome but i haven't watch the anime but i suggest the manga

go for the manga cause the recent anime adaptations are all ovas and dont cover the full story unless you wanna watch the original anime series from the 80s its hard to find though

Hulu has the entire TV series
