Sejogahara's was good, but I'd have to say my favorite is Ryuji and Taiga's mutual confession from Toradora, the bridge scene is both touching and hilarious.

If it has to be THE confession. Then yeah, I'd probably go with Ryuuji and Taiga.

My favorite confession is the scene in Kimikiss Pure Rouge ep. 20 involving Futami-san. So epic!

You mean the soft piano music that plays in the background as Senjougahara is talking near the end of ep 5? I've been looking for that too. LOL.
