lol I'm not liking the rating either. No offense but I don't think Ore no Imouto deserves such a high ranking (Kyousuke on no.1 spot and his sister, Kirino on no.3 spot). I think characters like Gintoki and Yuzuru could actually do better. Likewise for the female section, I think Mikoto could do better too, and yes, no amagami girls is pretty sad because some of them are actually pretty decent characters...

Well to me it seems unfair, that someone liek kyousuke got a higher place than kyon,because it's clear enough that kyousuke, otanashi and etc. are copies of kyon

Not really.
1. nobody likes Kyouske or Otonashi(not much anyway), but you know there is a reason Kyon is the only "normal" guy in SOS brigade.

2. Their attitudes are still different. Otonashi and Kyouske try to help people a lot more than Kyon did.

3. It's newtype, the new types/series of anime are always more popular.

I have read Newtype magazine for two years...
Well, couple months missing...

And let me tell you who the hell on top these 2 years...

Kira, Lelouch, Kyon, Gintama,... later Otonashi were always on top ten..
Then the other popular anime during that season will fill the other slot...
Like Araragi, FMA characters, OO characters (which were gone after s2 finished)

C.C, Lacus , Sheryl, Haruhi, Nagato and later, Mio, Yui... Tenshi, Yuri (not anymore) were always top ten...
00 Chara, Evangelion while movie released will fill the other slot

These are the pattern i know...
