Isn't that just fake? it's from a blog, yet it does translate to that in a weird way but couldn't that just be written by anyone? I love to have 2nd season and the next stage was pretty , yeah 8D, confirming, but not enough.. i so damn want confirmation, and i still don't have that.

Well Hoping won't hurt anyone. But I don't think it is a fake cause if you see in the another epilogue episode in angel beats you can see the next stage thing. It clearly give hint that there is a continuation. If not a 2nd series at least it will be an OVA (which I would hate cause the long wating for new episodes and this series clearly need if not deserve a second season)

My guess is because he has no regret he can't move the the next life. Cause he came to that world cause he has memory lapse. But in the end of episode 13 Otonashi has moved to the next life that's why I am confused. Because the program (the guy who is a program) said the same case about the person who came to that world because he has memory lapse by mistake.

Episode 13's ending can be linked with the new one, here let me explain:

This ending happens after kanade disappears and otonashi stays, it doesn't point out when he disappears though, so he may have stayed in the world longer (like how Hinata did after his promise with Yui) so bascially otonashi becomes the new student council president and is helping out newer people that appear, he may have left the world way later since there is all that time in the world. sorry for the detailed explanation it's just I'm working on a fan visual novel so I had to got through all of this very carefully.

This takes place after everyone left, otonashi just wore the original uniform due to become student council president.

This article was a misunderstanding the creator said so himself, that Yuri was trying to break the forth wall as a joke and didn't want to confuse anyone.

However the second term idea back then felt out of place and unwanted, it makes a lot more sense (the title) and seems like a second season is very possible.
