What Anime(s) is/are worth rewatching? - Page 6

A long time ago i watched one of older maccross movies, then last year i found out that there was an anime series. I liked the movie but if i want to watch the newer series like maccross frontier do i hav to go all the back and watch everything else in order to know what the hell is going on and know who ppl are, or can i just jump at frontier? Is this anime even worth it?
