Cowboy Bebop - not just the gun fights are epic, but the plain fighting is pretty sweet too. ^_^

The first vid you posted for CB is actually from the movie too. I was trying to think of a fight scene that didn't involve guns but I can't think of one... it's been a long time since I've watched it though.

Here is a few not so well known anime that you might like because I assume you have seen most of the well known stuffz

Baki the Grappler is a pretty decent fighting anime [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].

Scryed one of the best epic fighting anime out there [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Busou Renkin Another really epic fighting anime [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Needless This list would not be complete without this anime [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Mnemosyne This one is more gore/horror but I will throw it in there [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Kara no Kyoukai These movies also have some really epic fight scene's in them. [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Why is it so difficult to find any fight scenes from NGE... the series or the movies...

Hmm... Real Drive also has some nice fight scenes. I'll let you decide for yourself if they're epic or not. xD

I just have a soft spot for that episode for some reason.
