ok im making a anime club at college and in short i need a decent poster for advertising it..... anyway i need sugestions of what to put on the poster the only certainty is haruhi is going to be on this poster .... any suggestions of how it should look i'd like well known anime but not so well know that anyone whos read a brief overview on anime knows all the shows on the poster im thinking shows like fairy tail maybe bleach NOT naruto.....

If you only want hard-core otakus to join then rather non of the shounen jump anime. If you want the occasional anime watcher to join then you have to put up at least one of them.

There's an anime club at my college. I signed up but just never went....
And not putting Naruto is asking for people NOT to come. Even if you don't like it, its still the most known series so at least have him in the corner somewhere.

lol no just that its either i make a anime/manga club or i have to do "enrichment" need i say more so rather than talking about how i feel or doing football i'm going to read manga

If you want to make a poster for it you definitely need to put mainstream anime, but don't be afraid to put anime that only hardcore fans may have seen. I mean anything should be fine unless you're planning on putting up HOTD on your poster lol.

I have experience as an officer of a college anime club, although the club was founded long before I got there, so I hope this advice can help.

Did you put in the necessary paperwork for starting an official club at your college? You may not be allowed to advertise for a school event if it has not been approved. I don't know the rules for starting a club at your school, but at mine we had to have a constitution, faculty advisor, and a list of officers and at least 15 club members.

Our flyers were like this:

Huh? I thought college anime clubs existed solely to share bootleg copies of anime back before you could get high quality video off the internet... or am I just really old?
