I don't think it's that big a chance. If I'm not mistaken the chances of a planet being the perfect distance from the sun with the right orbit to make it possible to sustain life all year round is pretty rare. Even if the universe is massive it's still quite unlikely. Even if one of those exist they then need a species to evolve to our level of intellect to be truely awesome.

Although saying that if I'm not mistaken they've found a planet which they feel is ideal for sustaining life.

Here I am arguing when I actually DO believe it's possible, I'm an idiot
